Q: What is BluieCare?
A: BluieCare is an optional £15 protection add-on. It covers small scuffs, lost packaging, and first-day late returns. It doesn’t cover loss or major damage.

Q: What happens if I don’t select BluieCare and there’s damage?
A: We’ll assess the damage and may charge a fee (£20–£50). For serious damage or loss, you’re liable for the full replacement cost.

Q: What if I return the item late?
A: You’ll be charged £25 per day. After 7 days, the item is considered lost.

Q: Will you hold my card details or charge a deposit?
A: Yes. We may securely pre-authorise your card or take a refundable deposit at checkout.
