Rental Agreement

Bluie Bridal Rental Agreement

This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between:

• Lender: Hayley Sarratt, trading as Bluie Bridal (“the Company”)
• Renter: You, the customer (“You”)

By completing your rental, you agree to the following terms:

1. Item(s) Rented

The following item(s) are rented under this agreement:

• Item(s): All items listed in your cart at the time of checkout
• Replacement Value: £500 per item unless otherwise specified

2. Rental Period

Your rental period begins on the delivery date and ends on the agreed return postmark date. Returns must be made using the prepaid return label by the due date.

3. Item Care & Responsibility

You agree to take reasonable care of the item(s). Minor wear is acceptable; however, any significant damage (tears, stains, alterations, burns) may result in charges up to the replacement value.

4. Damage, Loss, or Theft

If the item is lost, stolen, or returned in an unusable condition, you agree to pay up to the full replacement value. If repair is possible, only the repair cost will be charged.

5. Security Deposit

A refundable deposit may be held on your payment method and will be released within 5 working days of a successful return inspection.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Rentals cancelled at least 7 days prior to dispatch are eligible for a full refund. Rentals cancelled after dispatch are non-refundable.

7. Verification

You may be asked to provide valid photo ID before your item is shipped.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes may be resolved via the UK Small Claims Court process if necessary.

This agreement is accepted electronically by completing your rental on bluiebridal.com.
